Board Member

Kit was a corporate lawyer with Latham & Watkins in Silicon Valley, specializing in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and start-up companies until 2018. Since then, he has worked with several start-up companies, including Sanmai.

Kit has served on several public and private company boards of directors, including as Chair of the Board. His deal experience ranges from over 500 venture capital financings to representing George Lucas in the sale of LucasFilm to The Walt Disney Company and Avago in its purchase of Broadcom.
